The French Apartment: a story made in France corrected

To respond to this problem, Emilie and David, after having worked together for many years for a major cosmetics brand, embarked on their own adventure: made in France imposed itself on them in a natural way, both through their personal stories than through their own consumption patterns.
Based on the observation that consuming local is a real treasure hunt, they decided to put their know-how at the service of made in France. This is how L’Appartement Français was born in 2017.
The adventure began with a crowdfunding campaign in 2017. Six pop-up stores later (three in the Marais, three on Avenue des Champs-Élysées), they finally opened their permanent store in 2019: a boutique apartment with its small garden, in the heart of the Marais, in Paris, at 27 rue du Bourg-Tibourg.
L'Appartement Français offers the best selection of brands made in France with complete transparency. They require from each brand distributed precise traceability of the substantial elements making up each product as well as the place of manufacture.
The company is inspired by the philosophy of permaculture. It is committed to being good for the planet and for people, by tending towards virtue both in the method of manufacturing the objects sold and in the development of the brand.
The mission of L'Appartement Français is to offer another way of consuming: consuming less to consume better and consuming locally while being respectful of the environment and employment.
In 2024, L'Appartement Français expands and opens a second boutique on rue du Bourg-Tibourg, at number 16. This boutique is entirely dedicated to ready-to-wear made in France. But this opening would not have been possible without the fundraising carried out with the entry of new shareholders into the capital. In this vein, the website has had a makeover. At number 27 you will find home products and gift ideas made in France.
Finally, L'Appartement Français is a place of life and exchange in which everyone has their place.
